All orders are accepted on the following terms and conditions of trading:

Acceptance - No order shall be deemed accepted by us other than upon receipt of our telephone call and completion of at-least a deposit payment.

Delivery - Delivery will be within the specific agreed term between the buyer and seller. In the event of any item being out of stock, a revised delivery date will need to be quoted. Time for delivery is given as accurately as possible but it is not guaranteed and is subject to extension to cover delay caused by strikes, lock-outs, works breakdowns, delay in transport, shortage of raw materials, Government regulations or requirement or any cause whatsoever, whether or not similar to those above-mentioned beyond our control. Any delay in delivery will be immediately advised to the customer and a new date will be agreed.

Payment - We can receive payment by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. We require a minimum 25% of order value as deposit with order and the balance of 75% on the day prior to dispatch. If you wish to pay by cheque we require payment to clear 24 hours before despatch.

Prices - We reserve the right to increase prices regardless of any price list existing at a given time. Prices will only be accepted as being firm upon issue of an official receipt of order from Abacus Leisure Limited.

Description - All descriptions and particulars furnished in price literature and other documents issued by us are as accurate as possible but being given for general information are not to be treated as binding unless specifically confirmed in writing. Any performance figures given by us are based upon our general experience and are such as we expect to achieve. We will, however, accept no liability in those figures that are not obtained unless we specifically guarantee them in writing.

Terms - From the absence of any other written agreement between the parties, final payment is due 24 hours before despatch of the goods.

Discount - No cash or other discount is allowable unless specifically stated and agreed in writing by Abacus Leisure Limited and the buyer.

Cancellation - Cancellation of an order prior to delivery may be accepted however a maximum of 25% of order value maybe retained by Abacus Leisure Limited if the product is a non-stock item. Refunds will be made to the customer within 30 days of the cancellation. Cancellations should be advised to the office on 08000 436 346 prior to dispatch. No cancellation can be made by the buyer after goods are despatched.

Delivery Errors - Any claims for goods damaged in transit, short or wrongly delivered must be notified to our Office on 08000 436 346 within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and confirmed in writing.

Special Offers - These offers will depend on stock levels and may be increased, reduced, amended or removed without prior notice.

Promotional Offers - These offers will depend on stock levels and may be increased, reduced, amended or removed without prior notice.

Vouchers - The Vouchers Scheme offers customers a percentage of the total value of goods before delivery charges, valid for the next order within three months of the issue of the voucher. The voucher is transferable; it can only be used once. The voucher will not always be active and will only be applicable if the scheme is active at the date the order is placed.

Passing of Property - Until the goods have been paid for in full they remain the property of Abacus Leisure Limited.

Repossession by Seller - Where the buyer has committed an Act of Bankruptcy or where the buyer is a Limited Company, a receiving or winding up order has been made with the subject of that company, and the property in the goods the subject of the contract have not passed to the buyer but remains to the seller, the buyer shall within 21 days of such Act or Order give notice in writing of the same to the seller and shall afford the seller reasonable opportunity and access to repossess the said goods.

Interpretation - These terms shall be construed in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of English Courts.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following Terms and Conditions.
